Edgewood at Everlands is a community-based in Palm Bay, Florida. As a Florida non-profit corporation, the Edgewood at Everlands Homeowners Association, Inc. controls the neighborhood by enforcing the Declaration of Covenants attached to every house deed. The HOA also owns and manages the common areas, such as entry gates and green spaces, through a Board of Directors.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO EDGEWOOD HOMEOWNERS RE: IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Due to faulty wiring in multiple valve boxes, the community’s irrigation system is not operating properly. Our irrigation team is still working to resolve the issue.
Until the irrigation system is fully restored, if you notice your lawn or plants in your mulch beds drying out you will need to hand water until the issue is resolved.
IMPORTANT: Please note that during droughts, or if the irrigation system is not functioning, homeowners are responsible for watering their grass and plants manually to ensure they do not die.
LANDSCAPE ALTERATIONS
All homeowner landscaping alterations, whether performed by Byrd’s Lawn and Landscaping, another landscaping vendor, or by the homeowner, MUST first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before work can begin. Applications for landscaping alterations may be submitted through the homeowner portal in the Concierge section under Architectural Requests. If you have questions or need assistance, reach out to Elite’s ARC Department at Arcfl@eliteusa.net.

FRIENDLY REMINDER: PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG
We kindly remind all dog owners to pick up after their pets while walking in our neighborhood. Recently, dog waste has been found in common areas and bags of dog poop have been left on sidewalks. This not only creates an unpleasant environment for everyone, but it is also disrespectful to your neighbors.
Proper Disposal Guidelines
· Always carry bags to pick up your dog's waste during walks.
· Do not leave filled bags on sidewalks, lawns, or in public spaces.
· Please take the waste home and dispose of it in your own trash receptacle.
Why This Matters
Picking up after your dog helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for everyone. It prevents the spread of disease, keeps public areas pleasant, and shows respect for your fellow residents.
Be a Courteous Neighbor
Let’s all do our part to keep our community clean. Please be courteous, responsible, and dispose of dog waste properly at your home. Thank you for your cooperation!
